About the walk:

With its narrow ridge falling away to steep scree slopes on either side, Creag Leacach (slabby rock) – 987m, is probably the most interesting of the ‘Glenshee’ Munros. This high-level traverse from Auchavan in Glen Isla also takes in the cone-shaped Corbett of Monamenach (middle hill) – 807m. The route finishes on the A93 where it begins to steepen towards the high pass below the Cairnwell. Before it was improved, this road had several  tight hairpin bends one of which was the famous ‘Devil’s Elbow’.
