Sunday 16th September

Glenshee Ski Centre to Baddoch (2 Munros)

Distance: 8km/5 miles.  Ascent 440m.
Start: Bus leaves Royal Hotel, Blairgowrie at 10:00.
Finish: Baddoch for transport to the Spittal Hotel for refreshments at 14:20.  Bus leaves for Blairgowrie at 15:05
Spaces: Maximum 12, minimum 8.
Notes: Strenuous (see Walk Grading). Hillwalking gear required.  Packed lunch and snacks required.

About the walk:

The last walk for this year takes us over The Cairnwell again (933m), but this time starting at the ski centre car park.  A short hard climb takes us to the top, from where we gradually work our way down, first around the resort, over Carn Aosda (917m), and lastly down the long spur towards Baddoch to the north.
