About the walk:
We start in upper Glen Clova, following the Monega Road (the highest formal right of way in the UK), which goes over Monega Hill overlooking the airy and remote Caenlochan Glen, the subject of a walk in 2016, to Glas Maol (the highest Munro in Angus at 1068m). Here we follow the ridge down to Creag Leacach (987m) with a steep descent to the car park in Gleann Beag.
